		Call us between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm Central Time, Monday through Friday to place your order. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

		Print and return the order form below to us with a check or money order payable to Old Ways Ltd. Don't forget to date your order. Faxed orders may be sent to 612-379-2142. Payment must be received before the order ships. Minnesota residents please add 6.65% sales tax to the order total including packing and shipping charges. We will ship to a separate address or include a greeting if so requested. If you have any questions or special delivery requirements, we are always happy to hear from you.



		All furniture designs are made to order from an inventory of parts. Please call for delivery timing. Orders within the continental U.S. are shipped Fed Ex Ground, and arrive within a maximum of five days. Shipping rates are listed on the order form. Additional charges apply for Overnight, 2-Day or 3-Day Air. Please call for shipping information to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii and overseas.
